Philosophy of Research and Development

 My research agenda centers on leadership, culturally responsive counselor education, and professional identity development within clinical training programs. My scholarly interests integrate counselor education pedagogy, supervision leadership, and systems-level advocacy in accreditation-aligned programs. As a doctoral learner engaged in curriculum redesign and professional leadership development, my research focus examines how leadership practices in counselor education influence student competence, cultural responsiveness, and ethical readiness for practice.

Research Focus and Goals
My prospectus development reflects an emphasis on culturally relevant and ethically grounded research methodology. Research questions are framed to examine systemic factors that influence counselor preparation, particularly within diverse and traditionally underrepresented populations. Consistent with CACREP standards, my research agenda prioritizes methodological rigor, scholarly dissemination, and ethical accountability (CACREP, 2016).

Professional Writing and Publication Activity
My research design integrates culturally sustaining frameworks that address power, privilege, and systemic inequities in counselor education. Culturally competent research includes:
